Who we are
Zenith Consulting Services is a business name of Zenith Consulting Services Pty Ltd (ABN 29 918 988 901), an Australian company based in Brisbane. This page covers this website only. Our sister brand Zenith App Foundry and the PathProof application are covered by their own policy. For anything privacy related, email james@zenithconsultingservices.com.au.
What we collect
Only two things, and one of them is optional.
- The contact form
- Your name, company, email address and message. We email it to James and send you a copy. There is no database and no CRM behind this form: your enquiry lives in an email inbox, and nowhere else.
- Analytics
- We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages get read. It sets cookies and records a truncated IP address. We have turned off Google signals and advertising personalisation, so your visit is not used to build an advertising profile or followed across other sites.
Two things worth being specific about
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. Cloudflare receives technical signals from your browser to make that judgement, under their privacy policy.
Our contact-form service writes diagnostic logs, and if a submission is rejected as automated, the name and email address in it are written to that log so we can spot a genuine enquiry being blocked by mistake. Those logs are deleted automatically after 30 days. We do not keep website access logs at all.
Where it goes
Enquiries are processed and emailed through Amazon Web Services in the Sydney region, and land in a Microsoft 365 mailbox. Google Analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile both process data overseas, including in the United States, under their own terms. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we disclose it only if the law requires it.
Opting out of analytics
This site honours the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, analytics never loads and no data is collected. You can also block cookies for this site, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. If you are in the EEA or UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR also give you rights of erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email us and we will action it, normally within 30 days. Deleting an enquiry means deleting the email, which we will do on request.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au, or to your local supervisory authority in the EEA or UK.
Changes
Any change gets posted here with a new effective date. If we ever start collecting something new, this page changes before that happens, not after.
