PropertyMe integration for real estate and property managers

PropertyMe holds your properties, owners and tenants. We build the connections and small apps around it, so your property managers spend less time copying details between screens.

The job it takes off your team

Property managers often work across several tools at once: PropertyMe (or Console Cloud) for the portfolio, email for maintenance requests, a spreadsheet for follow-ups, and a document someone assembles for each owner. The same address and the same tenant name get typed again and again.

We build what connects them, or the small app that replaces the spreadsheet. What agencies typically want connected:

  • Maintenance requests, captured once from a tenant and passed to the right person
  • Owner reports, put together from your data instead of by hand
  • Appraisal and lease follow-ups, so reminders go out at the right time
  • Inspections and photos, so what is captured on site lands on the property record

What is possible for your setup

What a property system allows depends on the system, its plan and how your agency uses it. If it has an API (a standard way for software to talk to other software), we check what is possible for your setup before we quote, and explain it in plain English.

How it works with us

Every stage has a fixed quote, agreed before it starts. A first working version is usually ready for you to try in about 2 weeks. Our engineers handle the technical side, including security for owner and tenant information, and it runs on accounts in your name. You own the code and the data, and there are no monthly maintenance fees.

What your team gets back

Property managers get time back for owners and tenants, and owners get reports that arrive on time and look the same every month.

Common questions

Do we have to move off PropertyMe?

No. PropertyMe stays where your team manages the portfolio. We connect it to what you already use, or build the piece that is missing.

Is tenant and owner information kept secure?

Yes. Security is part of every build, the data stays in your own systems, and we try to break in ourselves before anything goes live.

Who looks after it after launch?

Our team of product engineers. You get 30 days of free bug fixes after launch, then support is $250 + GST an hour, only when you ask for it.

Tell us what you want connected

A short conversation, ideally a screen share. We come back with a written proposal, a fixed quote for the first stage and a payback calculation for your business.
