The job it takes off your team
Larger trade and service businesses often run on simPRO (or AroFlo) and still have a few jobs that happen outside it. Someone exports a list to build a report. A supplier's prices are updated by hand. A customer portal, a site form or a sales spreadsheet sits off to the side, and the office keeps the two in step.
We build what joins them up, or the small app that fills the gap. What owners typically want connected:
- Quotes and estimates, so pricing from your suppliers or your own spreadsheet lands where your estimators work
- Jobs and schedules, so the right people see the right job without a phone call
- Invoices, so completed work reaches your accounts package cleanly
- Site forms and photos, so what your team captures on site ends up on the job
- Reports, so managers see the numbers without someone building them each week
What is possible for your setup
simPRO and AroFlo are set up differently in every business, and what a system allows depends on its plan and configuration. If it has an API (a standard way for software to talk to other software), we check what is possible for your setup before we quote. You get a plain-English answer, including anything that can't be done.
How it works with us
Each stage has a fixed quote, agreed before it starts. A first working version is usually ready for you to try in about 2 weeks. Our engineers handle the technical side, including testing, and it runs on accounts in your name. You own the code and the data. There are no monthly maintenance fees.
What your team gets back
Your office and managers spend their time on the work, not on moving information about the work. The numbers are there when someone asks.
