The job it takes off your team
Most trade businesses we talk to run jobs in ServiceM8 (or Tradify) and keep something else alongside it: a quoting spreadsheet, a supplier price list, an accounts package, a report someone builds by hand on a Friday. The details get typed in more than once, and someone in the office spends part of every week keeping them in step.
We build the piece that joins them up. What owners typically want connected:
- Quotes, so a quote built from your price list becomes a job without retyping
- Jobs, so job details flow to wherever your team or subcontractors need them
- Invoices, so finished work reaches your accounts package cleanly
- Bookings and reminders, so customers hear from you at the right time
- Reports, so the numbers you check every week are ready when you are
What is possible for your setup
Every business uses ServiceM8 a little differently, and plans and add-ons vary. If a system has an API (a standard way for software to talk to other software), we check what is possible for your setup before we quote, and tell you in plain English. Where a connection isn't possible, we say so, and suggest what is.
How it works with us
You get a fixed quote before each stage starts, so you know the price before any work begins. A first working version is usually in front of you in about 2 weeks. We handle the technical side: building it, testing it and setting it up to run on accounts in your name. You own the app, the code and the data, and there are no monthly maintenance fees.
What your team gets back
The office stops being the copy-and-paste step between systems. Jobs, quotes and invoices line up, and the Friday report is already done.
