The job it takes off your team
Accounting software is usually the last stop for information that starts somewhere else: a job system, an online store, a booking tool, a spreadsheet of sales. When those don't talk to each other, someone in the business becomes the link. They re-enter invoices, match payments and pull together the monthly figures by hand.
We build the connection that does that job. What owners typically want connected:
- Invoices, created from finished jobs, orders or bookings
- Payments, so what has been paid is clear on both sides
- Customers and suppliers, kept the same in every system
- Reports, so month-end figures and dashboards are ready without a late night
What is possible for your setup
Xero and MYOB each come in several editions, and every business sets them up differently. If a system has an API (a standard way for software to talk to other software), we check what is possible for your setup, case by case, before we quote. If something can't be done, we tell you, and suggest what can.
How it works with us
You get a fixed quote before each stage starts. A first working version is usually in front of you in about 2 weeks. We handle the technical side, and it runs on accounts in your name. You own the code and the data, there are no monthly maintenance fees, and you get 30 days of free bug fixes after launch.
What your team gets back
Fewer hours rekeying numbers, fewer end-of-month surprises, and a bookkeeper or office manager who can spend their time on the work only they can do.
